Speech Language Pathologist and Clinical Researcher

In my role as an outpatient Post-COVID research speech language pathologist, I participate in research related to the evaluation and treatment of patients with Post-COVID. Additionally, I maintain an outpatient caseload at Madonna’s Lincoln Campus where I perform comprehensive assessment and treatment of conditions involving challenges with cognitive communication, language, functional communication, motor speech, voice and/or dysphagia. I have extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of patients needing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) solutions and have provided education to colleagues on evaluating and treating patients with high-tech AAC options. I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in my field. I have been a certified brain injury specialist (CBIS) since 2018 and attended the Nebraska Brain Injury Conference in 2022 and 2023. I attended the Grand Rounds in COVID-19 at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Health Care Summit in 2022. During my career, I have been privileged to work with a wide range of patients. Working on each client’s goals continues to be a passion of mine. I have experience in co-treatment with other therapy professionals and appreciate the opportunity to contribute as a team member.
