Geraldine Pagaoa-Cruz received her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. She has 20+ years of experience and serves as a Regional Director of Rehabilitation for Select Medical Corporation. Mrs. Pagaoa-Cruz was the Founding Director of Rehabilitation at Select Medical-Dignity Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Nevada and Founding Director at Kean University OT Community Cares Clinic in NJ. She secured grant funding for various community-based programs. Mrs. Pagaoa-Cruz co-authored a chapter case study in “Matthews Model of Clinical Reasoning” published through Routledge Taylor & Francis Group earlier this year. She is passionate in working with the brain injury, stroke and neurological populations. She has presented at the state level as well as nationally and internationally on a variety of topics including program development, vision and robotics.
