User Experience Researcher

Delaney Cowart is a user experience researcher at Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA, with a background in biomedical engineering. She conducts disability-centered, user experience research for both industry- and grant-sponsored studies. She coordinates up to 15 short-term studies at once and manages a nationwide database of over 1200 people with disabilities. Outside of Shepherd Center, Delaney is a co-founder for a non-profit organization called CATCH (Carolina Adapts Toys for Children), in which college students electrically adapt toys to include alternative switches for children with dexterity or cognitive impairments.
