Jess Rushing, Ph.D., MT-BC, is an assistant professor at Colorado State University. Her current clinical focuses include mental health, medical, and acquired brain injury. Her research includes neurologic rehabilitation, student training, and community drumming. She also teaches music therapy methods for medical and rehabilitation settings and technology in practice. She is currently the ACRM Arts and Neuroscience Networking Group chair and a Fultz Grant reviewer.
