Michael Darrow joined Battelle in October 2020 and currently leads the neuromodulation work as a research scientist. His career has been focused on the use of vagus nerve stimulation to enhance recovery after neurological injuries. He is now focused on developing and testing closed-loop wearable neuromodulation technologies to improve motor, sensory, and cognitive function following a range of neurological injuries and disorders. He holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2019.
