In this Leadership Development Course thought-provoking keynote address, learn how to continually build stronger, more resilient brain health by harnessing clarity, connectedness, and calm in adversity. Each of these factors has been shown to contribute to daily performance, preparedness to reset, and to mitigate burnout.
Learn the science behind the BrainHealth Index, to chart your continual growth in personal brain health. The BrainHealth Index stands in contrast to measures developed to diagnose and detect losses/problems.
This course will also introduce three practical strategies to design a brain that embraces uncertainty and high demand. Burnout is a global healthcare crisis and professionals in rehabilitation medicine are particularly at risk. Our research is identifying simple steps that lead to a significant reduction in burnout.
