The proposed symposium aims to increase awareness about the importance of sleep by focusing on factors affecting sleep, ways to assess sleep, and provide interventions in clinical practice. We strive to stimulate discussion among the audience about the importance of sleep and ways to address it. We plan to use this presentation to show the need for assessments, interventions, and research in sleep management.

• Upon completion, participants will be able to explain the importance of sleep in brain health.
