Dr. Nabila Enam is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Director of the Doctoral program in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Saint Joseph’s University. Her research focuses on sleep and complementary, integrative medicine to improve the health and wellness of individuals and the population of all ages. Dr. Enam has extensive clinical experience working with individuals with neurological conditions. She served as a senior occupational therapist at a neuro-rehab facility. She has published several articles on sleep and mindfulness meditation and presented at state and national conferences. She also received the Early Career Fellow Award from the American Congress of Rehab Medicine Complementary Integrative Medicine Network group.
