Telehealth has emerged as a valuable tool in the healthcare sector, enabling the delivery of services at a distance. There is a need to establish guidelines for developing a telehealth model, a framework for designing exercise that can be delivered online, and for recruiting a team of competent and creative individuals to develop a model that can be cost-effective using minimal resources. This symposium explores the development, implementation, and impact of telehealth physiotherapy through exercises developed by in-house collaboration. It also addresses challenges, including the limited scope of physical examination, access to technology, and patient education. The benefits of telehealth are highlighted, such as reduced travel time, flexibility in services, and avoidance of potential COVID-19-19 exposure. It suggests that telehealth is not only a temporary solution during the pandemic but also a sustainable alternative solution for providing healthcare services to patients.
