The Limb Care Networking Group aims to move the focus from limb “loss” to a comprehensive limb “care” by interdisciplinary collaboration among stakeholders and care systems that are vital in facilitating the patient and caregiver journey from limb loss and difference to independence. During this Community Group meeting, we will discuss how intersections in interdisciplinary care can become opportunities for collaboration within the broader ACRM Community. We will also discuss the clinical and policy barriers that exist, which prevent the creation of interdisciplinary care pathways.
Learning Objectives:
Identify how to join the Limb Care Networking Group, including the cadence of meetings and the goals of the group.
Define ACRM's Networking Group framework and vision-setting process.
Contribute to goal-setting and group discussion about the Limb Care Networking Group's work.
