Dr. Sarah Donkers (PT, PhD) is an Associate Professor, College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan. She is a neurophysiotherapist by clinical training and a neuroscientist by research training. Sarah’s work focuses on improving access to and quality of neurorehabilitation interventions that promote recovery and optimize quality of life for individuals with neurological conditions. With rapid advancement in our understanding of the nervous system and its remarkable ability to repair, it is an exciting time for neurorehabilitation.
