Melanie Winters, LCSW/LICSW/LMSW is an experienced clinician who spent over six years in dialysis before transitioning to work with post-acute stroke survivors and care partners in the realm of digital health. She is motivated to help stroke survivors and care partners improve their quality of life, develop new coping skills as well as effective means of communication, and to help them take back control over their health and wellbeing. She is the East Coast Navigator at Kandu Health, a company whose mission is to provide the best post-stroke transitional support.
