This presentation will delve into a peer-coach led, theory-based online health intervention program tailored for individuals with multiple sclerosis. We will present the preliminary trial results and discuss the insights gleaned from conducting this online intervention. Additionally, qualitative feedback from participants will be shared, providing valuable perspectives on their trial experience. Our research team collaborated closely with individuals affected by multiple sclerosis to develop this holistic, patient-centered program. By employing tailored intervention materials, we aimed to cultivate sustainable, healthy habits. This presentation will highlight the program's innovative approach and the lessons learned in promoting physical activity and well-being in this population.
