Michele K. York, PhD, ABPP-CN is a Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry, Section Head of Neuropsychology in the Department of Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) and the Neuropsychologist for the Parkinson’s Disease Research, Education and Clinical Center at the Michael E. DeBakey VA. She earned her MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology from Vanderbilt University and completed her internship and post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology at BCM. She has won numerous university and national clinical and teaching awards and has published over 90 articles and book chapters on neuropsychological aspects of neurodegenerative disorders, particularly movements disorders and deep brain stimulation.
