Dr. Lindsay Bright, OTD, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis. Her research is dedicated to identifying and addressing gaps in care for mild stroke survivors, with a focus on improving outcomes, access to care, and quality of life for this often overlooked population. Dr. Bright's keen interest in health policy drives her use of electronic medical records to understand current healthcare delivery trends, informing advocacy for systems-level changes. In addition to her clinical and research roles, Dr. Bright serves as the Program Assistant for Amplify OT. In this capacity, she has authored courses used by hundreds of occupational therapy students, covering topics such as healthcare policy, billing practices, and advocacy.
